ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. General Information

The Health Band online store, available at https://rawjew.pl, is operated by Michal Szczerek, with its registered office at Krynicka 48/30, Wroclaw, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”

The Seller declares that sales conducted through the online store constitute unregistered (unrecorded) activity within the meaning of Article 5, Section 1 of the Act of March 6, 2018 – Entrepreneurs’ Law. This means that this activity does not require entry in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, making payments, delivery, withdrawing from the contract, and filing complaints.

All prices displayed in the store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are indicated when placing an order. The Seller reserves the right to:

  • change product prices,
  • introduce and cancel promotions,
  • organize discounts and sales.

These changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.

The product offered in the store is an electronic safety wristband, as well as accessories and related products, in accordance with the store’s current offer.

The information provided on the store’s website, in particular product descriptions, photos, graphics, and marketing materials, is for informational purposes only. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that it is accurate; however, minor differences resulting from monitor settings, production batches, or manufacturer updates do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Using the online store requires a device with internet access and a web browser capable of displaying web pages.

II. Orders

Orders can only be placed via the store’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Orders placed outside of Customer Service hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After placing the order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. Upon confirmation of the order, a sales contract is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the order in the event of:

  • providing incorrect or incomplete data,
  • being unable to contact the Customer,
  • or reasonable suspicion of fraud.

Order processing begins:

  • after receiving positive authorization for electronic payment,
  • after the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account,
  • or after accepting the order via cash on delivery – if this form of delivery is available.

The Customer may cancel or modify the order until processing begins.

Information regarding the order status can be obtained via:

  • an email sent to [EMAIL],
  • the contact form available on the store’s website.

Before placing the order, the Customer will receive information about:

  • the product price,
  • delivery costs,
  • available payment methods,
  • and the expected order fulfillment date.

III. Complaints and Liability for Product Conformity with the Contract

1. Product Conformity with the Contract

The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights and the Civil Code.

If the purchased electronic wristband proves to be non-conforming, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints can be submitted:

  • electronically to the following address: [EMAIL],
  • via the contact form available on the store’s website,
  • in writing to the Seller’s address.

It is recommended that you provide the following information in the complaint:

  • first and last name,
  • order number,
  • description of the identified non-conformity,
  • date of discovery of the defect,
  • desired method of resolving the complaint.

It is recommended to attach proof of purchase to the product being complained about; however, its absence does not waive the Customer’s right to file a complaint.

2. Complaint Handling

If the product is found to be non-conforming, the Customer may request:

  • repair of the product,
  • replacement of the product with a new one.

The Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if:

  • The Seller refuses to bring the product into conformity with the contract,
  • repair or replacement proves impossible,
  • the defect recurs,
  • the lack of conformity is significant.

The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

The costs of a valid complaint, including shipping the product, are borne by the Seller.
